Below is the Board of Directors for the Shock Exchange. The Board members have exhibited either a passion for sports or a passion for investment management. The Board also has the breadth of experience necessary to help the Shock Exchange fulfill its mission statement of mentoring young people.

Educational Background Mr. Baker received his B.A. in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College ("Hampden-Sydney") in 1989 and his M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia in 1993. Mr. Baker currently serves on the Board of Trustees at Hampden-Sydney.

 David Neverson is an investment professional with ICV Capital Partners, LLC, a New York based private equity firm with over $400 million in committed capital. Mr. Neverson is primarily responsible for evaluating prospective investments and assisting in the management of ICV's portfolio companies. Prior to joining ICV, Mr. Neverson was an Analyst in the Global Consumer/Retail Group at Lehman Brothers.

Mr. Perkins is a math teacher at the Flint Hill School in Oakton, VA. Mr. Perkins is also on both the football and basketball staffs at Flint Hill. Prior to his currently role at Flint Hill, Mr. Perkins was the head varsity basketball coach at St. Stephen's School in Alexandria, VA.
