 David Neverson is an investment professional with ICV Capital Partners, LLC, a New York based private equity firm with over $400 million in committed capital. Mr. Neverson is primarily responsible for evaluating prospective investments and assisting in the management of ICV's portfolio companies. Prior to joining ICV, Mr. Neverson was an Analyst in the Global Consumer/Retail Group at Lehman Brothers.
While at Lehman Brothers, Mr. Neverson worked on a broad range of assignments including sell-side and buy-side advisory assignments, acquisition financings, equity offerings and strategic restructurings. Mr. Neverson's transaction experience was primarily focused around companies within the tobacco, broadline retailing and specialty retailing sectors. Mr. Neverson received a BA in Business Administration from Morehouse College where he graduated magna cum laude. Relationship to Mr. BakerMr. Neverson and Mr. Baker are first cousins. |
