MERRILL LYNCH ADVISOR JOINS SHOCK EXCHANGE BOARD |

Keith Latimer, Weath Manager at Merrill Lynch, has recently agreed to join the Board of Directors of the Shock Exchange. Keith is a seasoned professional, with over 10 years experience building, protecting and managing wealth. In addition to his wealth management duties, Keith is a popular speaker at conference and organizational meetings. He recently addressed the NBA Players Wives Association.
His clients include public and private sectors non-profits and Fortune 500 companies. His client based has spanned the financial, technical, entertainment and healthcare fields. Keith holds a Business degree from Longwood College, in Virginia and has securities licenses: series 6, 7, 63, and 65. Keith also played basketball at Longwood College, located about 4 miles from Hampden-Sydney College . . . but we won't hold that against him. Keith will bring an interesting perspective to the Shock Exchange, on and off the court. We are excited about Keith joining our program and hopefully helping us make sense of the economic meltdown that we are currently experiencing. |
